It seems like just yesterday we were meeting Hunter for the first time and hearing his first cries... not yet knowing the different tones and what they stood for yet.
Now our little guy can better communicate what he needs... there is still a good amount of screaming and still some cries if he is having a hard time finding the right words. It is tough being a toddler
Just yesterday we were taking his first footprints
Now these little feet are big enough to fit into size 7 shoes!
He has even grown out of the little boots that seemed so big when I bought them before his birth
We had to upgrade so that we can really splash in puddles.
Instead of relaxing cuddle sessions in bed...
Hunter now jumps on the bed and torments the new little man in the family
He has gone from looking at Sophie from far away...
To trying to ride on her like a horse any time she stands still for a few seconds.
Hunter has gone from the one being held by an older sibling...
to the one doing the holding...
Hunter has gone from looking so little in his car seat for the first time...
The first year he took Emma to camp he couldn't walk...
This summer we couldn't keep him from running around everywhere!
I remember feeding this little guy his first banana...
Let's just say it isn't always pretty but Hunter is typically game to eat anything now... He loves it when his daddy cooks him pasta and last night he ate TWO HUGE hard shell tacos all on his own.
Hunter is growing into such an amazing little guy and I am so excited to see what this year will bring!
